Za\u010d\u00e1tky byly poznamen\u00e1ny technick\u00fdmi a organiza\u010dn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 jsou bohu\u017eel pro amat\u00e9rsk\u00e1 t\u011blesa b\u011b\u017en\u00e9: n\u011bjakou dobu trvalo, ne\u017e orchestr na\u0161el stabiln\u00ed m\u00edsto pravideln\u00fdch zkou\u0161ek, pot\u00ed\u017ee byly s po\u010dtem hr\u00e1\u010d\u016f \u2013 n\u011bkter\u00e9 sekce chyb\u011bly \u00fapln\u011b. Pochopiteln\u011b ani finan\u010dn\u00ed str\u00e1nka v\u011bci nebyla snadn\u00e1. Orchestr dlouhou dobu musel vy\u017e\u00edt jen ze sv\u00fdch \u010dlensk\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f. Postupn\u011b se ust\u00e1lilo sch\u00e9ma sez\u00f3ny s koncerty v Klecanech a modlitebn\u011b na Korunn\u00ed. N\u011bkolikr\u00e1t jsme vystoupili v r\u00e1mci Pra\u017esk\u00e9 muzejn\u00ed noci v \u010cesk\u00e9m muzeu hudby. Krom\u011b toho se poda\u0159ilo za\u0159adit i n\u011bkolik akc\u00ed mimo tento r\u00e1mec. Nap\u0159\u00edklad dva koncerty v \u0158\u00ed\u010danech, na S\u00e1zav\u011b, v r\u00e1mci Hudebn\u00edho festivalu Znojmo, v zrcadlov\u00e9m s\u00e1le z\u00e1mku na Dob\u0159\u00ed\u0161i nebo v nov\u011b rekonstruovan\u00e9m kostele v la\u0161sk\u00fdch Hodslavic\u00edch.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: center;\">Zakl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00edm dirigentem byl v roce 2009 Milan Bou\u0161ek. Orchestr vedl s\u00e1m a\u017e do roku 2013, kdy byl z \u017ees\u0165\u016f k taktovce p\u0159e\u0159azen Viktor Hru\u0161ka. Milan se s n\u00e1mi rozlou\u010dil na ja\u0159e roku 2018 a o rok pozd\u011bji se k n\u00e1m p\u0159idal dirigent<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.matejvoda.com\/\">Mat\u011bj Voda<\/a>.<\/strong> Na postu koncertn\u00edho mistra hr\u00e1la mezi lety 2009-2014 Michaela Iblov\u00e1.
